How to order products:
1. Using FOB, C&F and EXW ETC prices, from Taiwan to all over the world.
2. Using irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) and telegraphic transfer (T/T).
3. Delivery time depends on quantity : 1~5 pcs / 10 days, 6~15 pcs / 15days, 16~25 pcs / 20days,
26~50 pcs/ 30days, 50~70 pcs/ 40 days, over 70 pcs the company will discuss with customers.
What services we provide after purchase:
1. One year guarantee will be provided to customers after all purchases. Within one year, usually
damaged parts on regular operation will be given to customers free of charge. On the contrary,
damaged parts will be depended on the situation to pay the cost.
2. Under appropriate operation, the machine troubles are very few and the operator can fix them
easily. If the operator can not solve the troubles, please contact us then our technicians will
provide methods/ ways to solve machine troubles.
3. Most using parts of the machine can be purchased in your country local markets, except the
main parts such as control box and music player coin accepter. Customers don!|t have to worry
about the main parts because we will provide those items.
